Mr. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant (CA) with over three decades of experience, qualifying in 1985. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and possesses a diverse skillset encompassing Project Financing, Statutory & Internal Audits, Taxation, Company Law, IPO Consulting, and Business Management. He advises corporations and individuals on tax matters and represents them before various tax authorities. Additionally, Mr. Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary (CS), Cost Accountant (CMA), and holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He further expanded his expertise by qualifying as an Insolvency Professional in 2021 and is registered with the relevant regulatory bodies. This comprehensive background equips him with the necessary knowledge and experience to provide valuable and insightful guidance across a wide range of business and financial matters.
